If you’re anything like me you have struggled with some or all of the answers, and yet these people (or horses) reached the absolute top of their chosen field. Some of them have contributed to the well being and happiness of 1000’s of people, and yet we forget them as quickly as they are announced.

- Can you remember 3 teachers from school that made a real impact on you?
- Can you remember 3 friends who made an effort to help you out of a tough spot?
- Can you recognize 3 family members who you will never be able to fully express your appreciation for the difference they have made in your life?
Isn’t that interesting?
The people who make the most difference in our lives, the hero’s who are most memorable are not necessarily the ones who win awards. They don’t get applauded by 1000’s and written up in magazines and newspapers.
Our hero’s, who make a difference, are often the one’s closest to us who simply do what they do day in, day out.
So here’s two challenges.
Firstly, thank your hero’s, give them a little recognition.
Secondly, what are you doing to be a hero for someone else?
